All appointments are scheduled in advance via Website or Phone. For convenience; Online Appointment Scheduling is offered 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. Once your appointment is accepted you will receive a confirmation and reminder prior to appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you may also re-schedule or cancel your appointment online instantly (restrictions may apply).
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full length of time scheduled. If you are a new client please arrive about 10-15 minutes early to complete Client Intake Form if you didn't receive via email.
Clients under the age of 18 years of age must have written permission from parent or legal guardian to receive any services. Additionally, it is recommended that the parent or legal guardian accompany the minor to at least their first appointment to overview session and answer any questions. The parent may be present in the room during the massage if the parent, child, and/or therapist wish.
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If a gift certificate is being used as your form of payment for the appointment, and 24 hour advanced notice is not given, that gift certificate may be no longer be valid or may be reduced in redemption value.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the FULL amount of their “missed” appointment. If a gift certificate is being used as form of payment for the appointment that gift certificate will no longer be valid.
Payment may be required prior to scheduling an appointment if you did not give the required 24 hours’ notice or were a 'No-Show'. Service will be denied until payment is made.
I understand that infections and illness can happen without warning. Please cancel your appointment when you are feeling unwell. This protects massage therapist, you and other clients. You may be asked to provide a doctor's note via e-mail or on your next appointment to avoid being charged the cancelation fee.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Gift Certificates - PLEASE REDEEM GIFT CERTIFICATE 30 DAYS FROM ISSUE DATE - THANK YOU!
You are required to surrender gift certificate at time of service - If not presented at time of service another form of payment is required. Gift certificates will be redeemed fully upon client no-show for services. Wynema Chilianis-Massage Therapist; may replace a valid lost gift certificate, provided the original gift certificate hasn't been redeemed and the replacement is issued to either the original purchaser or a verifiable recipient. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Gift Certificate may only be used for services and redeemed with therapist named on gift certificate. They cannot be combined with any other promotion or coupon. Gift certificates are not valid or redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate. Wynema Chilianis- Massage Therapist has the right to contact gift certificate purchasers, or known recipients, to remind them of upcoming expiration dates.
This Scheduling policy may change from time to time with updates. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any changes. This policy is effective from June 1, 2017.
